Symptoms
When trying to scan to a Workflow and on the HP Console you noticed a small pop-up message appearing at the bottom of the Screen once the Scan progress bar is finished, and you noticed that the console should have had a message indicating "Scan Job Completed, instead you see "Job Failed"
Possible Reasons
- New installation of OptimiDoc Cloud and the Two Signed Certificates had not been installed on the Printer.
- Printer has been reset during a Firmware upgrade and may have lost the two Signed Certificates.
How to Resolve
Sign-in to your Printer using HP EWS, and check to ensure the Following Two Signed Certificates has been installed by Admin under the HP Certificate Management Section.

2. USERTrust RSA Certificate Authority
