OptimiDoc Cloud Mobile Phone Application

OptimiDoc has a Mobile phone application that supports IOS & Android, which allows you to photograph Documents or use already captured images and assign them to your Scan Workflows. It now includes the ability to submit print jobs and perform Authentication on certain Printer Models. (HP is excluded for Authentication)

OptimiDoc Cloud Mobile Application

You have the capability of entering any of the required Indexing parameters including browsing to your SharePoint, DropBox, OneDrive, Box etc. Document stores.

The mobile application is licensed based on OptimiCapture User License Model so if you only have an MFP Device License you will need to upgrade to a user License.

For mobile printing, customer must have installed on site the OptimiDoc Cloud Node Windows connector to allow users to select printers that are being serviced by the Cloud Node Connector.

OptimiDoc also have a OCN Version for Raspberry PI Devices.
