- Commission OptimiDoc Cloud Portal
- Create Workflows, Print Connectors Etc.
- Commission several devices for test & training
- UAT
- Offer Training
- Review Project & adjust if required
- Roll out Remaining Devices as per Go Live Date
- Review and Signoff Project.
