Items Covered

  1. Review Pre-Checklist and complete the form
  2. Check installation Dates and place License order accordingly.
  3. Conduct a Workflow Design Meeting
  4. Commission OptimiDoc Cloud Portal
  5. Create Workflows, Print Connectors Etc.
  6. Commission several devices for test & training
  7. UAT
  8. Offer Training
  9. Review Project & adjust if required
  10. Roll out Remaining Devices as per Go Live Date
  11. Review and Signoff Project.
