What is OptimiDoc Cloud

OptimiDoc Cloud v25.06 June 2025 , By OptimiDoc, is a Cloud Platform that allows users to connect a variety of Multifunction Print Devices by Key Manufactures Like Epson, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Lexmark, Kyocera and Xerox. and provides Scanning Workflow, Pull Print and Reporting processes and Much Much More over an Internet connection.

Hosted By OptimiDoc in a Multi-tenant Azure environment, in the US, UK and Europe, File are sent via your MFP Device over a Secure TLS connection to their secure servers for further processing and delivery. All you need is an internet connected MFP Device or their Mobile application.

Users can Scan directly from their Multifunction Device using a Device only license or if you purchase a Per user license you can also use the Workplace Portal or Mobile Phone to Capture, Drag and Drop or browse files and have them processed via OptimiDoc Cloud too.

OptimiCapture Pro - License (Unlimited scans) for PDF, Searchable PDF, TIFF, (Limit of 10 Pages per document to export to MS office) as It uses the ABBYY Engine. Includes AI Processing(credits required), Zonal Capture, Barcode and document separation. Watermarks, PDF Metadata, Encryption & Digital Signature.
