In this 20 Minute Video, I will demonstrate how to create an Advanced OptimiDoc Cloud SharePoint Online Workflow. The workflow is designed to Scan ATO Documents whereby the User must provide the Client Name, Matter and Document type, and the Workflow will Extract the Year from the Document and then use all values to File into SharePoint Online in a Structured Format.
eg.
Folders: /Client Name/Year/Matter/
The Name of the Searchable PDF will be named
Client Name - Document Type - Year.pdf
I will demonstrate how to use the Index / Key Parameters and Regular Expressions and here is a Regular Expressions resource that can be used when creating Smart Zonal OCR and or barcode Extractions
